TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: 
The apartment complex is composed of 1 large building, 5 smaller buildings, and a social facility. All of the feasibility studies, ground surveys and soil mechanics works, including the geophysical and soil reinforcement analysis, were completed prior to the development of this project. The "My Marine Residence" project was then worked out according to the results of these studies and surveys.. Regular inspections (by an independent controller) of the materials and products from the manufacturers are being carried out fastidiously. The manufacturing formula of each load of C25 class concrete brought to the building site is carefully checked and samples which are taken from the concretes casted are submitted to a concrete compression test, for strain and compression analysis. Any improper concretes are rejected. Reinforced S420 class steel brought to the construction site is submitted to a steel drawing test and is only accepted from the manufacturer if the test result is positive. All materials used in the construction of “My Marine Residence” are from manufacturing firms that adhere to and own ISO quality certificates. Before the foundations were constructed, a waterproofing operation was carried out by applying a 10cm thick base of concrete with a water resistant double layered 3mm polyester (PP3000) felt bearing membrane. Then a 6 cm second layer of concrete was applied on top of this membrane. The foundations of all the apartmentblocks are constructed of reinforced radial concretes in a thickness of 100cm. Outer walls of the buildings are constructed with Isobims Brickets, which have high strength, heat, sound, and thermal isolation properties.
