We currently offer a full cleaning and management service in the Antalya region only.
Our Turkish office look after clients in the Lara, Belek, Kemer and Antalya region and we work with Turkish Riviera Rentals who manage clients in Side and Alanya.

a: General Clean:
Including laundering of bedding/Towels

: £15 (2 bed) - includes one wash load
: £20 (3 bed) - includes one wash load
(additional loads @£2.50 p/load)
b: Deep Clean:
Including cleaning of windows, Light fittings,
Oven & Fridge clean and laundering of bedding
and towels.

c: Management Services:
:Premium annual package:
Includes monthly visits to your property to check for general maintenance, including leakages, damp problems and painting requirements etc. If any problems are found, you will be advised and we can arrange repairs by reliable tradesmen.
: Yearly fee £150 p/annum
: Individual Visits
Individual visits can be arranged to check your property throughout the year. We advise that this is done at least twice a year (before and after winter season) As with the premium service, your property will be checked for any leakages, damp, painting requirements etc.

d: Welcome Packs
After a tiring journey it is often welcomed to have a few basic groceries in the fridge for your arrival (or the arrival of your rental guests)
: Basic Grocery Pack
Includes bread,butter, milk, juice, tea, coffee and sugar. (£6)
: Fruit & Wine
For special celebrations we can arrange a welcome gift of wine and fresh fruits (£15)
Please note that the welcome packs can only be arranged alongside a visit to the property for cleaning services, transfers or maintenance checks.
PLEASE NOTE PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN STERLING ( CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFERS) 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE AGREED FOR THE SERVICES. THE YEARLY MAINTENANCE FEE IS DUE AT THE START OF THE AGREEMENT AND WILL EXPIRE 12 MONTHS FROM THE AGREEMENT DATE
