: One off yearly subscription of £99 - reduced rates for 3 or more properties.
: 10% commission based on total weekly rental fee - for clients who have bought their property through Palm Palace Ltd.
: 15% commission based on total weekly rental - for clients who have not bought their property through Palm Palace Ltd.
