Defenitions:
a: Client - the person or persons making a booking through Palm Palace for one of our advertised properties.
b: Owner and Property Owner - The owner or the person responsible for giving permission for their property to be included on our website.
Terms & Conditions Of Rental:
1: All properties listed on the site, are to the best of our knowledge accurate and well represented. Palm Palace will not be held liable for any mis-representation, errors or omissions and this remains the responsibility of the property owner.
2: On making a booking the client agrees to pay for any breakages or damages incurred whilst renting the property.
( A fully refundable breakages deposit is sometimes required)
: Any disputes regarding breakages and damage must be sorted out between the property owner and the client.
3: Payments must be made by the due date. Palm Palace have the right to cancel any booking in the event of late payment.
4: Any disputes or problems arising whilst renting a property from this site should be resolved directly between the client and the property owner.
5: Palm Palace takes responsibility of ensuring that all payments and refunds directed through us reach the specified persons as quickly as possible.
6: Palm Palace reserves the right to remove any property from this site without permission from the owner. In the event of unsatisfactory accommodation or consistent complaints, any booking made in advance and payments received will be fully refundable to the client and we will help to offer the client alternative accommodation.
7: When advertising a prope rty with Palm Palace, it is the property owners responsibility to ensure that the accommodation is clean and well maintained
Payment And Booking Conditions:
8: A deposit of 50% of the balance is payable at the time of booking, the accommodation will not be booked until the deposit payment is received in cleared funds.
9: Full payment will be due 8 weeks before departure. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to departure then the full balance will be due at the time of booking.
10: Some properties require a fully refundable breakages deposit, these will be listed with the individual property details.
Cancellation:
11: We regret that booking deposits may not be fully refundable in the event of cancellation and advise that you take out full travel insurance at the time of booking your holiday.
: Cancellation 12 weeks prior to departure date- 50% deposit refundable
: Cancellation less than 12 weeks (but more than 4 weeks) prior to departure
Non refundable deposit. Balance payment fully refundable.
: Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to departure date- Non refundable deposit and balance
